The Faculty of Health Sciences is housed in new, modern and functional buildings at the University Campus in Dragana, Alexandroupolis close to the University Hospital. The Faculty consists of the following two Departments:

1. The Department of Medicine (1985)
2. The Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics (2000)
