Electronic Protocol

Electronic document flow across the services of DUTH with the support of the Directorate of Information Systems.

VPN Service

The VPN service enables its members who are not on the University premises to access these services. The installation and/or configuration of the relevant software is required.

“Eduroam is an international roaming network for wireless internet access, developed for the international academic and research community.

Software for Free

Microsoft 365 for educational institutions is a suite of products that includes productivity and collaboration software, as well as cloud services. It is available for free to the members of the academic community of Democritus University of Thrace.

Telephony

The goal of the service is to provide free telephone communication between the end users of Academic Institutions.

Digital Signature

Members of the academic community of DUTH have the right to issue remote electronic signatures and digital certificates of type A and type B, as well as a digital certificate from the Central Electronic Document Management System (CEDMS).
