The EURAXESS European Researcher Mobility Network is a unique pan-European initiative that provides information and support services to professional researchers. Backed by the European Union, its member states, and associated countries, it supports researcher mobility and career development while fostering scientific cooperation between Europe and the rest of the world.

One of the most important services offered through the EURAXESS portal is the ability for users to create free personal accounts. This allows researchers to upload their CVs so that potential employers can find them, and to conduct personalised job searches. Similarly, companies and research organisations can post job adverts and search for researcher CVs from around the world.

Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH) hosts an official EURAXESS Service Centre and offers tailored support to researchers.
