Postgraduate Studies

The Democritus University of Thrace is a modern and comprehensive Higher Education Institution that encompasses the full range of academic disciplines. Its Schools and Departments serve and advance not only the natural, technological, and applied sciences, but also the social sciences, the humanities, and the health sciences, offering students a rich and multidimensional academic experience.

The University’s primary aim is to foster the holistic development of its students, so that our graduates are well-prepared to meet the challenges of today’s world at local, national, and international levels. DUTH comprises 10 Schools and 28 Departments, which offer XXX postgraduate study programmes leading to the award of a Master’s Degree.

Admission to these programmes is conducted in accordance with the procedures laid out in the rules and regulations of each specific programme. All matters concerning attendance—such as student rights and responsibilities, the duration of semesters and examinations, student welfare, part-time study conditions, and any other relevant issues—are governed by the applicable legal and institutional framework, as well as by the Internal of DUTH and those of the individual postgraduate programmes.
