The MSc focuses on theoretical specialization in Cosmetic Chemistry, as well as laboratory training and the education of future scientists in the design and production of cosmetic products, both on a laboratory scale and on an industrial scale. Furthermore, the assessment and evaluation of cosmetic products using specific techniques (quality, efficacy, and safety testing), both at the theoretical and practical levels, is an integral part of this MSc program. An integral part of the program is the introduction of innovative concepts in Cosmetic Chemistry, such as Nanochemistry, through the application of nanomaterials in cosmetic products. The purpose of the MSc program is to address research and educational needs in the field of Cosmetic Chemistry (cosmetic products) as well as to develop the research field and produce cosmetic products in this area. Our students benefit particularly from instruction not only by distinguished university professors but also by recognized industry experts (in the cosmetics sector) who participate in teaching the courses.
