During the three-day workshops, representatives from all member universities of the Alliance worked together on:

• Finalizing the operational plan of the EMERGE HUBS, defining clear roles and joint actions among institutions.
• Designing the identity and visual presence of the Hubs to ensure a unified and recognizable image for the Alliance.
• Preparing the first joint call for collaborative projects, with defined steps and selection criteria.
• Developing an action plan with objectives and a timeline for the next steps.

The meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of all EMERGE partners to promoting cooperation, sustainability, and inclusiveness in university life. With the outcomes of these workshops, the Alliance takes an important step towards creating a united, open, and dynamic European university environment.
