The Department of Viticulture and Oenology is inextricably linked to the production of the region and treats objects that are important elements of the economy of our country. The Department of Viticulture and Oenology is inextricably linked to the production of the region and operates in sectors that are important elements of the economy of our country. It is the only Department of Agriculture with specialization in Viticulture and Oenology. It provides the professional rights of agronomists (Π.Δ. 344/200) as well as the professional rights of oenologists (Law 1697/1987). It also leads to the acquisition of the Integrated Master. The curriculum aims to provide agricultural education and at the same time offer specialization in the fields of Viticulture and Oenology with a combination of courses in cultivation techniques, food processing as well as wine and beverage production techniques.
